By participating in Cuenca biking tours, you accept and acknowledge the following terms and conditions:

  1. Assumption of Risks: Participating in a biking tour involves inherent risks, including, but not limited to, physical injury, accidents, illness, or even death. You voluntarily assume all of these risks..
  2. Release of Liability: You release and exonerate Cuenca Bike Tours , its owners, employees, guides and agents from any liability for any injury, damage, loss or accident that may occur during the biking tour.
  3. Personal Responsibility: You are responsible for my own safety and well-being during the biking tour. You agree to follow all instructions provided by the guides and to use appropriate safety equipment at all times.
  4. Medical Conditions: You confirm that you do not have any medical condition that would prevent you from safely participating in a biking tour and that You are physically capable of carrying out the activity.
  5. Compliance with Rules: You agree to comply with all local laws and regulations of the biking tour, including respect for the environment and private property.
  6. Photography and Advertising: You authorize Cuenca Bike Tours to use any photograph or video taken during the biking tour for promotional and advertising purposes.
  7. Responsibility for Bicycles and Equipment: You are responsible for the care and return in good condition of the bicycles and equipment provided to you at the time of rental. You agree to cover any damage or loss that occurs during the rental period.

By booking our services you accept these terms and conditions, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and accepted this release of liability voluntarily and knowingly.
